Intentional Care for Your Mental Wellness

Kelli Soto DNP-C, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Blue Sky Psychiatry & Wellness was created to offer a different kind of care—one that prioritizes time, attention, and a whole-person approach. Through a cash-pay model, I’m able to provide more flexibility, longer visits, and care that focuses on what truly helps you feel better.
I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in outpatient and telehealth settings, working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and the demands of everyday life—especially women and mothers who are often carrying more than they show.
My approach is thoughtful and individualized. I take time to understand the full picture, including your stress levels, lifestyle, and life transitions, so care feels aligned and meaningful. I provide medication management when it’s helpful, while also integrating support, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies you can use in your day-to-day life.
I believe mental health care should feel collaborative—not rushed but individually tailored to your needs. Some patients benefit from medication, others from changes in routine, support, and self-understanding—often it’s a combination. My role is to help guide that process in a way that feels steady, clear, and intentional. Support is available and meaningful change IS possible.
